We’re renaming our basic energy data visualisation dashboard – ‘mydata.energy’ will become the ‘wattwatchers.app’
SOLUTIONS UPDATE
Like many of our customers, you may be using the Wattwatchers basic energy data visualisation dashboard – currently accessed at https://mydata.energy – as one of our suite of software tools.
This dashboard is bundled into our standard ‘API and service of data’ subscription at no extra charge, along with the Onboarding app and Fleet management tool. Together, they support our customers to get set up on the Wattwatchers platform.
From 7 Sep 2020 the dashboard will be moving to a new home, at https://wattwatchers.app (this URL is ‘live’ already). It will offer the same level of service as now, and you can use your existing log-in details.
There’s upside for our users as well. It will become easier to access the wider suite of bundled tools under the Wattwatchers Digital Energy banner.
Coinciding with the move, wattwatchers.app will make it easier to access the wider suite of bundled tools provided by Wattwatchers. For example, at launch, wattwatchers.app will allow users to easily select from the services they have access to (i.e. choose from the Dashboard, Onboarding and Fleet Manager applications) after logging in.
For a period after the shift, anyone still accessing the dashboard via mydata.energy will automatically be redirected to the wattwatchers.app URL to minimise any disruption to users of the service.
